This movie is one of the best political movies, with rich ideas and powerful subject that explains a lot in the world of politics The name indicates the fear of the nuclear weapon and nuclear wars, the movie shows that not only states are a threat but groups and people as well From the first scene to the last, the sum of all fears is a 100% political movie Some of what the sum of all fears can teach The state of war training to the US administration. The war in Chechnya and how the Russians sees it as in-house issue, while the US use it as a pressure card on Russia
